My salary is too low at 10000 per month, and there are no deductions for PF and ESI; I receive my salary by hand. I have received a new offer from another reputed company in Chennai as a coordinator with admin, and the join date is next week. Do you think this job will be helpful for me? Here, I will receive a salary increase to 19000, which is a 9000 increase compared to my current company. Please provide your suggestion as soon as possible. I am getting confused about whether I should join the new company or not.
