I work for an IT organization and I have been asked to design a comprehensive training structure for soft skills and behavioral skills for all employees of the organization. It would be more of a developmental program where some would be mandatory programs and others would be optional. Overall, this would also include some programs that would enable them to advance to higher levels. Please help me design this structure.

Your training efforts should be directed towards organizational needs first and then individual needs. If you do vice versa, you will have training, but its effects will not be tangible. To make the results tangible and to understand the organization's needs, you need to do a lot of spadework. Anyway, for further queries, if any, feel free to contact me.
