in my company some employee were on training, now i have to give them appointment letter for confirming their job after completing successful training.
can anybody help me by providing that kind of format.

In my company, we have a few contract employees. Their tenure would be for 6 months, after which, depending on their performance, they may be converted to full-time or permanent employees. Can someone help me with the document or policy regarding this, as we do not have anything in writing for this?
