We are facing a lot of problems as a number of candidates are attending interviews with fake experience certificates with the help of some backdoor people. To eradicate that, we want someone to guide us with a few steps to make it happen and tell us how to identify people who have already joined.

However, online job portals can help solve this issue, I believe. One idea that comes to mind is marking fake profiles if something suspicious is found in their resumes, with the help of a network of recruiters assisting each other by conducting interviews and reviewing profiles.
