Hi,

I have experience in IT recruitment. I felt there is not much growth for a recruiter. I want to try in a new company as an HR generalist by showcasing my past experience as an HR generalist. Now, I want to learn the roles and responsibilities of an HR generalist. I need practical training on that; one day of practical training is sufficient. Could you all please let me know if there is anybody available to provide me with HR practical training?

Hi,

Any course would not help to compete in the market unless you learn while working practically. Recruitment has good exposure in large companies for experienced professionals. Still, being a recruiter, it's an advantage if you work in startups where you can gain more knowledge on day-to-day tasks with practice. Become a member of HR WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn groups, browse Google, and even CiteHR to collect study materials. Besides, try HR certification. This helps to be the odd one out for a career and it's a highlight in your profile.

Thanks, Arif
