I am looking for the "Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Rules, 2014." Everything available online is in the draft stage, not the final notification. I found a book published by Hemdip in 2014 edition. Hoping to find the final notified version of this rule, I bought this book only to be surprised to find the same draft notification inside.
Can anyone shed light on this topic? Has the final notification of this rule been released or not? If yes, where can I see or buy it? In this draft notification, it's very clear that industries in Gujarat need to obtain a Fire License (Fire NOC) from the fire department. However, since this is in the draft stage, we can't use it as a reference. I would be extremely grateful if anyone can provide any other references.
