How to retrieve ESIC challan no. after computer crash?

Sir, we have generated ESIC challan but could not save the challan number for ESIC as the computer crashed. When we tried to generate a new challan, the portal says the challan has already been generated. Please help us retrieve the challan number.

but the error challan is not showing in modify challan,get it, so do needful. but contribution history is showing.

Dear Sir,

We have taken sub code for Nashik branch 36340109170011102. While generating the ESIC challan for June 2015, we had generated a challan for Rs. 48427. Further, we made supplementary entries for the same month, and a supplementary challan of Rs. 3488 was generated. Currently, while making payment through the E-Payment challan link, Rs. 51915 is reflecting. However, out of the total amount of Rs. 51915, we have already paid Rs. 48427, and only the balance amount of Rs. 3488 is pending.

Please do the needful.

Open the website esic.in. On the left-hand side, there will be a "Pay E-Challan" option. Enter the ESIC code of your company and the captcha, then click on "Search." You should now be able to find your challan number.
