Hello all,
I have been trying to withdraw my PF balance and submitted the UAN form at the Regional PF office in Hyderabad as I stay here. However, it has been returned to me stating that my PF account was opened in Bangalore by my employer. I have never been to Bangalore, and I don't know how to resolve this without my employer's help. I wanted to resolve this myself as I heard that going through my employer would take a very long time.

if KYC is seeded including aadhar and bank details, then you can send your claim through speed post to concerned EPFO office RO/SRO but if kyc is not done, then employer attestation is mandatory
Yes aadhar and bank details are updated in kyc so if i just send it to that ro in bangalore it should be well and good and how many days will it take generally.

Hi,
I wish to transfer my EPF and FPF balances from the previous employer to the present employer. However, my previous employer has not paid both shares of contributions for a certain period, i.e., 11 months.
In view of the above, can I transfer the contribution now or after the payment of the contribution by the previous employer? In case I opt to transfer the contribution now, what about the unpaid contributions position? So, I am waiting for the payment of the PF contributions dues.
Hence, please advise on what steps to be taken to transfer my total balances of EPF and FPF contributions from the previous account to the present account.
With regards...

If UAN-based forms are sent to Bangalore, they are typically released within 30 days of receipt (usually within two weeks). Make sure to attach a cancelled cheque where your name and IFSC code appear for KYC verification. Also, include a printout of the KYC update sheet from your UAN login to facilitate accurate tracing. Update your address details in the UAN portal for easy communication.
@welfare, offer the UAN number to your present employer for linking. You can opt for online transfer right now or later; it does not matter. Whatever is deposited in your old account will get credited to the new account automatically when the annual accounts are processed by the department.
Thanks you so much for replies and one last question is there a way to find the exact PF office my account belongs to using my pf account number or uan number

To find your employer, search here for the Establishment Information Search at [url=http://search.epfoservices.in/est_search.php]. Once you get the establishment EPF code, it will display the office. When you get the office, search the office on the EPFindia portal for the postal address and contact details.
