Hi, My self Sachin, can anyone please help me out with the settings for firefox, to run the PF digital signature USB token.

Digital signature settings are made in Java and work on both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Thanks, but I know the procedure to use the Digital Signature. However, my problem is that the digital signature USB token is not reading in the Firefox browser. There may be certain settings that need to be adjusted before it can be used.

In your DSC authentication software, if it is installed, it "autoruns" when you insert the token. Accept the same to initialize. If the software is not present, then check the details of your token and download the same from the token vendor site.

1. Use Firefox x32 Version only. If you are using Firefox x64, then it will not work.
2. Install the latest version of Java.
3. Open Java Configuration, navigate to the Security tab, and enable Java content in the browser.
4. Now, add the website to the Exception Site List through Edit Site List.

Dear Mr. Sachin,
I have also experienced such a thing that the DSC USB Token is not reading. I deactivated the Anti-Virus Software for some time, and then it worked. After finishing the PF work, I reactivated the anti-virus software.
Please try this solution; it may work.
