I have been in the consultancy business for a year now with the help of freelancers. I am planning to expand my team, and I have a question. Should I hire a separate person for business development, or should I add additional responsibilities to the recruitment consultants that I hire?

Dear Darpan,

If you know the strengths and weaknesses of your existing team, then based on that, you can decide to add more responsibilities to them. For example, if the recruitment consultant is free for 2 or 3 hours a day and is interested in business development, you can add it as an additional responsibility.
