Hi,
Didn't you check the same in the job requirement? My two cents would be, there are about 85 MBA colleges in Kolkata and roughly about 3000+ HR graduates passing out every year. Always remember that we don't have 3000 job openings every year. Getting into HR operations, being a fresher itself is a great thing. Be open to learning and a little flexible in terms of shifts and work timings. Once you have gained work experience and knowledge, then you should look for a job that suits your conditions.

Are you an MBA? Have you not heard about CAPGEMINI? It's a world-famous IT company. The working atmosphere will be very professional and of international standard. Shifting is not a problem at all; they provide good security too.
