Form-5: This form is to be filled by the employer only. Join the new staff of PF (monthly report).
Form-10: Resigned staff details (monthly report).
Form-12A: Different A/c heads with the number of employees' contributions.
Form-19: PF employee contribution withdrawal.
Form-10C: PF employer contribution for those not covered with 10 years of service.
Form-10D: PF employer contribution for those covered with 10 years of service/58 years of service (Pension fund).
Form-3A: Employee contribution details.
Form-6A: Employees' consolidated contribution list.
