As I visited another branch for office work only and forgot my official mobile charger, I asked an office boy to get it or try to send it through someone. One of my senior colleagues asked for help from the Admin Manager, but he responded in a rude manner. I would like to respond to that person in his way.

If he replied to you so rudely and used abusive language, you can raise a written complaint to your HR department and ask them to take action. You should not reply back in the same way. Remember that you are not on a battlefield to fight them back the same way they did. Maintain professionalism in the workplace.
