There have been unexpected changes in basic wages effective from 03rd March 2014. The changes pertain to the construction of roads and the engineering industry. The reason for the minimal change in special allowance for these industries may be due to the mid-quarter change and a significant hike in basic wages. Please find attached the notification for changes in basic wages related to the engineering sector.
Regarding the query for the English version - Until the official release of the English version, if you require the same for any particular industry, please let me know.
