The reason for this is that the basic cannot be Rs. 5300. It is the officer who receives the basic salary of Rs. 5300, and even a permanent employee at the executive level in any organization does not have a basic salary of Rs. 5300.

There is a latest change in the special allowance effective from July 14 to December 14 from the Maharashtra government. Our company is registered under the Factory Act Section 2(m). Is there any revision in the basic pay due to this change? There seems to be a slight difference between the old special allowance and the new special allowance. Please guide.
