Dear Roseline,

"Unprofessional" is too vague a term. What exactly has the employee done that you consider calling him "unprofessional"? Were there a series of incidents? By the way, what is your designation? Does this employee report to you? Are you from HR, and has some unprofessional behavior come to your notice?

Have you given feedback to the employee? What is his response to your feedback? Has there been no change in his behavior? Please elaborate on your post further.
