Hi,

I am working as an HR executive in a stock advisory company. Could you please let me know if it is the HR's responsibility to ensure that the work is completed by employees or to instruct them to achieve their targets?

Please update me as soon as possible.

NO, it’s the job of a worker’s line manager. I wonder why that doubt has arisen!! May we please know your background.

Tracking record of their output is ok; however, taking the workers to task if not meeting targets is the task of their manager.
