Respected Seniors,

I have recently joined a mid-sized US-based Consulting Company. One of our employees is receiving a take-home of Rs 55,000.00 (Fifty-Five Thousand Rupees). He is the most senior employee, having joined in 2007, and holds an appointment letter for 4 lakhs per year. He is requesting the last three months' pay slips for December, January, and February. I have tried my best, but I am really confused with all the calculations, both monthly and yearly. As he needs the pay slips urgently for a home loan application, he is pressuring me to provide them as soon as possible. His take-home salary is Rs 55,000, meaning that this amount is credited to his bank account every month after all deductions.

Could anyone please assist me in preparing the pay slips for the months of December, January, and February? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Please help me.

If the salary is mentioned in the offer letter as 4 lakh, and his current package is around 6 lakhs, it means he got a salary breakup. Kindly check his salary breakup letter. It's not so tough, why are you taking so much tension? Just check the salary components and provide him accordingly with the approval of senior management at Him.

Hi Lavika,

Thanks a lot for your response. Our employee said his current package would be around 7 lacs. Our company generally follows the PF, PT, and TDS on a monthly basis. And I am a little bit confused with the 28 and 31 days calculations. If you don't mind, could you please prepare the salary slips for the months of Dec 2013, Jan 2014, Feb 2014, and send them to . Please, it's a great help to me, Lavika.

Virtual Regards,

In India, providing a monthly salary slip is mandatory under the provisions of the Payment of Wages Act. The salary slip should include details such as gross salary, allowances paid with the salary, deductions made, and the net amount paid. Employers can choose the format of the salary slip as per their convenience.

Dear all members,

I am currently working in a retail store and I am trying to switch to another company. In this case, I am receiving my salary in cash, which is around 38k including incentives. Now, I am requesting all of you to please help me get a 38k salary slip format so that I can join another company as well.

I would really appreciate your support if anyone can assist me in obtaining the actual 38k salary slip format.

Thank you.

Sir, I am getting a salary of 20k monthly, and only 200 is deducted as PT from my salary. There is no other deduction as I am under contract. I am switching my job, so I need a salary slip. I request you to send me one at akhivsare@gmail.com. That would be great.
