Please refer to the company/organization regulations as the benefit is within the ambit of PF rules. However, you are eligible for PF on the first day of your joining the institution/organization/company.

As part of the joining formalities, the company should have provided you with Form No. 2 (Nomination form for PF, EPS, and EDLI), which signifies your enrollment for PF. Apart from this, you are not required to go to any PF office. Generally, the PF No. is displayed on your Payslip, which you can refer to. In case it is not there, you may approach your HR.
