Sir,
I have been working at a Ltd company for the past 4 years and 4 months. The company has stopped PF deductions and included the PF amount in my salary. Additionally, they have compelled me to resign from my job due to financial constraints. I have submitted the PF claim form to HR. What should I do next?
Could you please advise on the settlement that should be claimed from the company? Your clarification on this matter would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi,
I do not understand your query. Do they deduct PF from your salary and remit the contributions to EPFO? If so, do you know your PF number? If that is the case, you can send your PF claim form through HR to claim. If they refuse to help, there are still ways to claim back your amount.

Dear Priya,
First of all, I would like to inform you that any organization cannot stop the contribution towards EPF at their own end if the employee is still working.
Secondly, you mentioned that you have sent your PF Claim Form to the company, which clearly indicates that you have already left the job.
In my opinion, you have raised this query late. It should have been addressed before leaving the job, as you could have easily discussed your concerns and settlement conditions with the management considering your 4 years and 4 months of service, which is a significant period.
Before discussing anything else on this matter, I would appreciate more details about your settlement with the organization. Specifically, what benefits were paid to you, how did they stop the PF Contribution, when did you resign, how was the Full and Final Settlement processed, and what documents did you sign during the Full and Final Settlement?
Please provide the necessary information for further assistance.
Thank you.
