Scheduling would be good in this term. as point is not that much clear, but scheduling can fit properly here. Or it can be forcasting too. which is my 2nd option for this.

The answer is: Planning. Though this question does not seem to have any relation to HR issues, we have tried to understand and respond. Similarly, I doubt whether you will get a response to your other questions.
