Dear friends, I have been assigned with a task of preparing a work culture presentation on how the productivity can be improved and increased. What are the creative methods that could be used to achieve or at least reach the set target? What methods could be used to enhance productivity?
Ours is an ITES company, and we primarily work on Highway projects. In connection with this, I kindly request assistance from anyone who can provide a few animated pictures and presentations related to work as soon as possible.

Employee productivity is a complex issue. It depends on the motivation of workers, the culture of interdependence and cooperation, quality raw materials, the quality of the machines they use, the leadership qualities of the managers, their job knowledge, remuneration as per market standards, and so on.
The next step for you is to conduct time and motion studies. Analyze the cycle time for each process. Identify any redundant processes and check for any idle resources during working hours.
Multi-skilling is another method that can be utilized to enhance productivity.
Lastly, encourage suggestions from the employees. Many valuable suggestions for system or process improvements come directly from the employees.
