Hi,
First, tell me the nature of the business, type of the organization (Proprietorship/Partnership or Ltd. company), and total strength of the employees. Based on the above details, documentation will change.
The process is as follows:
1. Fill the application form FORM-A.
2. Pay the challan amount as per the tariff based on the number of employees.
3. Enclose relevant and supporting documents of owners and the organization.
4. Submit the same to the Shops and Commercial Establishment Department.

In that case you should provide below supporting documents. Company Address proof, PAN card of company, All partners ID & Address proof Copy of partnership deed any other RC’s if available

In this discussion, I came to know that for the renewal of Shop and Establishment, we need to fill Form A with the seal and signature of the authorized person, along with the following mentioned documents:
- Address proof of the company
- ID and address proof of the owners
- MOA of the company
- List of employees
- PAN Card of the company
- Rs. 3000 challan (since ours is a small organization with 16 employees)
Since this is my first time doing this, I am not aware of the procedure for submitting the same. Could someone please provide me with the necessary information?
