Dear All,

One of my friends recently joined a company in Noida. She was told she would receive the appointment letter within a week, but after two months, the employer is unwilling to provide it. She was also informed about PF benefits, but she has not received any salary certificate to understand her legal deductions under PF. Additionally, she is being denied the ability to take any leave due to the workload.

Legal Options for Obtaining an Appointment Letter

My question is, is there a legal way to obtain the appointment letter without resigning from the job due to the employer's unjust actions?

1. Employer means the company in which she works 2. She is getting salary not the salary slips 3. Joining was verbal and promised to give all letters.

Dear Prashant, you are correct, but there is a question regarding the rights of an employee that cannot be denied. After all, it concerns her career. What is the point of working in a company without proof of employment?
