I would like to post related to SAP HR for those who have a passion to build their career in SAP. Before that, I would like to share my experience of what I have faced in my life.
I joined an SAP HR training program at an authorized institute without any prior knowledge of SAP. I found it challenging to grasp the content within 19 days as the training provided was not sufficient. This lack of understanding made me doubt my ability to pass the certification exam.
After a few days, I decided to install SAP software on my laptop and discovered that the person who helped me was an experienced SAP trainer. He excelled in teaching SAP HR concepts, using real-time examples and scenarios. I was thrilled and fortunate to receive training from him. I even referred my friends, and they also joined the program.
His teaching method boosted my confidence, and I felt prepared to take the certification exam and face job interviews. Many of us who underwent the training are currently employed and certified.
I am sharing this to highlight that I invested nearly 4 lakhs in SAP training, and it ultimately paid off in terms of career growth and opportunities.
