I hope you are all doing well. Currently, I am working as a recruiter, and I have received an offer as an HR executive, which I have been waiting for a long time to advance my career in HR. The company is a startup planning to onboard 35 employees. Among these 35 employees, we are hiring 10 senior software engineers with a salary of 20K per month and 25 freshers with 8K per month.
As I am new to this field, I would like to understand how to calculate PF, PT, DA, HRA, etc. It would be very helpful if you could provide me with a basic format of a payslip including the calculations.
