If you have just 15 members, then you may conduct Performance Appraisal manually too. The focus of Performance Appraisal is on measurement, and within measurement, it is important to assess whether what is being measured deserves to be measured. Software can only assist in speeding up the work. However, for a 15-staff company, it is worth considering whether an investment in software is necessary at this stage.
Start by conducting Performance Appraisal manually, let the system stabilize, and then transition to using software. The crucial point about Performance Appraisal is that it concentrates solely on individual performance. To truly evaluate performance, we need to look beyond and measure the overall business performance.
