Hi Roopa, You can get 2008 calendar of normal size or a table calendar printed and gift that, i think it will be within the budget. Let me know how do you find thsi idea..... Regards Amith R.

Rs.1000/- per staff or Rs.1000/ for total all clients and staff. If 1000 is for all staff and clients then state number so that approx cost per gift could be estimated and we could help you better.

You can do something really wicked if you wish, If you could manage to get hold of snap of all your employee (Soft Copy) get your web designers to work on their faces and make it most funny... frame it and present it to them on eve of New Year... It will add a sense of humor ... ... and it will be a lot of fun... too

Present them a good Parker Pen with their name, photo and company logo engraved in it. A pen stand in wood (sherwood) with their name printed in it
Pen ranges from 100 to 700 and the balance amount for the wooden pen stand.
We do this for the Sales staff during their achievement / award function.

You can set rather tune their minds before giving the gifts, like at my organization for Christmas we had presented a personalised wicked notes to all the employees along with chirstmas gifts.. it works..coz the spirit of the ocassion is such... worst case you can apologies before hand for employees whom you feel may get offended, ...

What you are saying is somewhat correct. But in big organizations, you have to take special care for doing such a thing, as it can attract lot of criticism from few of the employees/executives.
Apologizing later does not help as much.
Yeah, the best way is to have management's consent for doing such an activity.

how would it be if someone insults u and then apologizes,,,
give some momento which would attach the employees to your organisation, which would make them proud of their company and not some thing wicked or crap..
