If they didn’t not get any response for the same, please advice , contact to local labour enforcement officer of labour department for the same .definitely your friend will get positive result.

Can you share the reason what the HR person of that company said to him, whether your friend had given a written complaint to the HR department or not that he is not getting his salary for the last 3 months. Please share some more information so that we can help you.

I don't think anyone will stay silent when they are not receiving their salary on the monthly pay day, especially for three months. There should be a reason for the management to withhold the salary. Please ensure clarity on this matter.

You could ask your friend to follow Mr. Vishal's advice. Whatever the reason, it is very bad when the organization doesn't pay the salary, that too for 3 months. Please ask him to look for another job immediately, as the job market is good now, and he will surely get a good opening.

In the case of Gayatri's friend, if he is in the worker category or supervisor category, then only can he approach the local labor enforcement officer of the labor department as per the ID Act. However, if he is in the executive category, then he has to approach the Civil Court, not the labor court.
