Nice Presentation Nidhi you have prepared. But you could have made it with some background pictures and some colour shades, which will make more attractive and by seeing the colours and pictures the students will be having more involvement in learning the subject also.
Thanks for sharing and keep on sharing

Dear Nidhi,

Nice educative PPTs. As HR consultants and lecturers, I have some suggestions. Please elaborate on the definition of the term "Industry" by citing the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of K Rajappa vs. Bangalore Water Supply & Sewage Board. Additionally, discuss unfair labour practices in the Act, matters within the jurisdiction of the Works Committee, Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal, and the important provisions of the State Act for practical purposes. I hope my suggestions will be beneficial to you.

You can contact me at ace_placements2007@rediffmail.com or on cell 9890752690.

Dear Sir,

I am currently working in an MNC where we have been paying Rs. 3500/- annually as LTC amount. Recently, there has been a request for revision from our end. Our settlement is in place until 2014 with one union. However, some workers have now joined a new union and are pushing for this revision. We have declined the demand and it has not been accepted.

My concern is, can they proceed with a strike due to this disagreement?

Any guidance or advice on how to approach this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Prakash
