Dear Bhutia,
You could have given a little more information, such as the type of industry you are in, the specific training you are looking for, and the level of employees for whom you need the training. Without this information, you may receive a large number of responses, many of which might not be applicable to you.
Anyway, I handle training on a variety of subjects and have conducted sessions in Kolkata in the past. If you are interested in my services, please feel free to contact me.
Thanks,

Dear Bhutia,
Thank you for the clarification. One important subject that you have left out is "Purchase and Inventory Management." Purchase management is essentially fund management. Any mismanagement in purchases leads to an unnecessary build-up of inventory, which, in turn, erodes the competitive ability of the enterprise by tying up precious working capital.
In many manufacturing establishments, everything may seem normal on the surface, but upon closer inspection, a significant amount of revenue leakage occurs due to a lack of coordination between purchase and production, purchase and sales, and other related areas. Soft skills training alone cannot address this coordination issue because it stems from flaws in basic systems and processes.
If you were to ask the average procurement professional whether they have standardized "RFQ," "Negotiation Planning Sheet," or "Post-negotiation Evaluation Sheet," you would likely receive a negative response. Many procurement professionals, whether from multinational corporations or otherwise, may not even understand the significance of "Inventory Turnover Ratio" (ITR). The consequence of this lack of knowledge includes wasted time, misplaced priorities, and more.
Given this context, I strongly urge you to include this subject in your training. If you are interested in training your staff on these topics, please feel free to contact me. I am a leading procurement expert in India. For more information on my training activities in this field, you can visit the following links:

Procurement is a complex subject that demands extensive research to become a training professional. Additionally, please note that I personally conduct the training and do not outsource to any other trainers.
