Is it possible for you to solve this problem of mine?

My company has paid the PF amount due for 2010 and 2011 but has not filed any returns. Is it possible to file these online now? Since we have already paid, we do not want the challan generated, just upload the data. Any help??

Dear Mr. Singh,

I would like your guidance regarding PF/Gratuity for employees in the case of VRS.

a) In the case of a company offering VRS to employees, what are its obligations regarding PF?

b) Regarding Gratuity, does the employee receive it for the tenure worked before accepting VRS, or is he entitled to the complete duration he would have otherwise worked?
