I started my career in 1999 as an HR & Admin Executive in a pharmaceutical company. Since 2007, i.e., for the last six years, I have been working as a Manager - HR in a large manufacturing industry.
During these years, many things have helped me. I received a lot of guidance from my seniors. Additionally, CITEHR.com has been a great resource for discussions, ideas, knowledge updates, and formats. This site is truly informative and excellent. Thanks, Citehr. Keep going.

Thank you once again.
A lot of legal knowledge relating to HR is available here. Legal in the sense of what the HR's/Personnel department people face in their daily routine work. It could be a new amendment in some act, statutory compliance, a new suggestion for improvement, or even a small format.
I think everything pertaining to the functioning of HR/Personnel department is discussed here. There is practical interaction between various professionals, and material is posted, which serves as a knowledge base for everyone.
In terms of the IR (Industrial Relations) part, this site has helped me a lot. I was also fortunate to establish a relationship with an expert here to whom I still send emails and ask questions whenever I need suggestions. Additionally, I was able to make two friends here who are HR professionals, and sometimes I am in touch with them telephonically.
In short, I believe this site is the best for a person who is serious about learning, interacting, and increasing their knowledge related to the subject.
