I absolutely agree with Bhakti Narang's perfect calculation of components. We follow the same in our company.
In the deduction part, either you can deduct PF at 12% of Basic or restrict it to Rs. 780/-

Dear Mr. Mubarack,
The calculation is asked for Gross, not for CTC. Hence, Bonus, etc., will not come in the way. Travel Reimbursement is also not a part of Gross Salary. All the calculations of components are not in line with any of the statutes.

It is not clear what are the extra benefits / facilities your company is providing presently. Pl note the basic that Basic salary be less so that liability of the Company will be less.

Actually, Basic + DA is 40% of the Gross. Additionally, HRA is 40% of the Basic + DA. Transport Allowance is Rs. 800, and Medical Allowance is Rs. 1250. The remaining amount can be considered as Special Allowance or Other Allowances. For more details, please refer to the Excel sheet attached by Bhakti.
