Dear all,

I am currently a Year 3 university student working on my thesis study related to emotions and leadership effectiveness. Therefore, I am in need of individuals who are currently leading a team in an organization, institution, or company, or who have past experience in that role.

Hello Everyone,

Why not help this member out by responding to the questionnaire for his or her thesis? In a way, I think the results would also give us a view into the emotional and attitude make-up of leaders in different countries—from the HR perspective.

We didn't change the phrase of the questionnaires because we are concerned that altering the phrases might affect the validity of the questionnaires. Our study is focused on emotional contagion, and therefore, it will benefit leaders in understanding how emotional contagion influences leadership effectiveness.

Agreed, but is it proper for you to prepare the thesis based on open websites that have similar credence? Please do not take it otherwise. I am interested in knowing to understand how universities accept such ideas that are freely available on websites, and some even offer results online.

Also, in your original post, you mentioned, "Hence, I needed people who are leading a team in an organization/institution/company, or have past experience regarding that." I doubt how a person with past experience in team handling can benefit you right now if they are in an individual role. Their perception as a leader and as an individual may be different. I suggest that you make it mandatory for such a leadership test that the person should be CURRENTLY / AT PRESENT MANAGING A TEAM.
