Hi all,

I would like to understand one thing: if the Contract Labor Rule is amended regarding the number of employees. For example, if the state rule is amended to have fifty workers rather than twenty, in such cases, if the contract has fewer than fifty workers, the Act will not be applicable to them. In such cases, what will be the law governing them?
