Why can't we have a uniform labor code? Why don't we pay minimum wages, statutory payments, and implement systems/mechanisms for payment like providing free bank accounts without any ID proof? Why are children still engaged in labor in India? Why don't we have dignity of labor? Why do some people work for 30 days a month and others for 22/23 days a month?
I don't know; even my grandchildren would search for the answers while the Indian government is still trying to amend labor laws. God bless this country.
