Dear Bhardwaj,

The way you wrote your presentation is excellent. The Blacksmith Institute issues an annual list of the world's worst polluted places. In the 2007 issue, the top ten nominees are located in Azerbaijan, China, India, Peru, Russia, Ukraine, and Zambia. Please take extra caution while doing such a sensitive presentation. The contents should not pollute our environment, even though it will not affect us directly, it may impact our future generations.

Dear Mr. Raghu,

Inconvenience is regretted. I apologize for the late reply due to the preoccupation with audits.

You mentioned in the reply the concern about posting sensitive material that could potentially pollute the environment. I am surprised by your response. Could you please elaborate on how such material may impact the environment for the future generations?

I am questioning whether my post could have contributed to pollution, veered off from reality, or inadvertently hurt the feelings of our team. If this is the case, it defeats the purpose of knowledge sharing.

I am again surprised by the notion that sharing such content could lead to environmental pollution.

Thank you for your understanding and clarification on this matter.

Best regards,

Dear Bhardwaj,
Sorry for the confusion!!. I am not mentioned anything about presentation your bro. Actually its simply superb.
Let’s take a look on my message . Actually I said excellent in my first line. After that whatever I wrote it’s for our team members (including we all while doing something wrong in our daily life which may effect our environment).
Please take extra caution while you are giving some sensitive stuffs which may pollute our environment. It may not effect us but it may affect our GENERATION.
Hope you got my point.
Again please accept my apologies for confusion.

Dear Raghu,

Thank you for your reply. I very much appreciate positive criticism. Sometimes, misunderstanding is created by miscommunication or not understanding the message clearly. This is also the same. Please don't mind, brother.

Let us move ahead.......................

Thanks again
