Can Any one help me with the Marriage Policy for a company to be formed. As i have been told to form a Marriage Leave policy by my MD of the Company.

This is such a new trend in leave management nowadays. To date, a major group of industries is allowing up to 20 days of leave from their existing balance of PL. This concept is still in the pipeline, I would say. Anyway, if you have been informed, you can consult with any consultancy dealing with factory and labor laws. With a clear understanding of legality, you can establish a marriage leave policy with important terms and conditions to avoid any misinterpretations.
