I am working on developing an online and mobile mixed platform for blue/grey collar recruitment and would like to understand what you would like to see in it as an HR professional. The objective of the portal is to provide a central database to HR personnel for recruitment with real-time connectivity and enable a social and professional mapping of the candidate.
