Please help me out for below query
1) How much service Tax is applicable on hiring Cab (Car rental for Staff)
2) Is this payable only by Car rental Company (Service Provider) or who is service receiving ( Company staff official with company name invoice and staff who is availing personal services with personal name invoice)
3) Is this applicable for Private Limited Company
4) Is Service Tax is different in Delhi/NCR and Maharashtra
