I want to calculate sales incentives for the field force on a monthly basis. I have already created targets. Please create an incentive calculation format for me. Our calculation criteria are as follows:
- If achieving 100%, we give 3/- for 1 unit.
- If achieving 90%, we give 2/- for 1 unit.
- If achieving 80%, we give 1.5/- for 1 unit.

Thank you for the sheet. It's helpful for me, but could you please insert slab-wise incentives? The current sheet calculates incentives based on fixed percentages like 80% or 90%. However, if a person achieves, for example, 85% or 81.5%, the sheet calculates 0 incentive. Could you please address this issue by adding a formula for the same?
Here is the proposed formula:
- If achievement is under 79%, calculate 0 incentive
- If achievement is between 79.5% and 89.5%, calculate 1 unit
- If achievement is between 89.5% and 99.5%, calculate 2 units
- If achievement is 99.5% or above, calculate 3 units
Please consider modifying the formula if possible.

Hi Nitesh, I need help with the below as I am applying for a job and have received an assessment.
The requirement is as follows: Cleaners earn a base bonus amount according to their status. Additionally, they earn a certain amount for each 5-star rating they receive and lose a certain amount for each 1 or 2-star rating they receive. There are other constraints to consider, which you can find in the sheet named Incentive Plan.
I have attached the Excel file with the details, and I need to calculate incentives and bonuses based on the criteria mentioned above.
