I am working as an HR executive with an IT services company based out of Bangalore, with 1.3 years of experience, handling end-to-end HR activities. As part of my job, I have defined required policies, handled the necessary activities, and ensured smooth functioning. However, I am keen on expanding my knowledge in the area of HR compliance.
Please guide me on how I should approach gaining knowledge in HR compliance. Your guidance will be greatly appreciated.

You should utilize the existing skills. Apart from that, you should try to compare the policies as to how they were designed in other organizations and develop the same. I believe that with regard to your organization, you would have designed them carefully, considering certain limitations.
In addition to the policies, you should also learn other parts of Core HR, right from payroll, statutory requirements, training, etc...

HR is not only about recruitment, payroll, T&D. What about performance appraisals, motivation, counseling, employee welfare, organization development, organization structure, etc.? Compliance and statutory requirements are related to submitting the necessary returns and liaising with departments such as ESI, PF, PT, shops, commercial establishments, etc.
