I want to conduct a training session for 2 hours every day for the employees who lack in this area. However, I am unable to decide on a proper module that can be followed for a month or two. Please suggest a good module.

Thank you for cooperating. I will tell you what we are exactly looking for. Our organization is only 2 years old. It comes under hospitality, but the issue is that the education level of employees is very low, for example, 10th pass, etc. Now, it is a must that we conduct at least 2 sessions for 2 hours on different topics on a regular basis. Here the main focus is the number of hours. So, we are looking for sessions that we can conduct regularly and can keep changing the batch after a month or two. Please suggest some sessions as well as modules. I would be really thankful to you.
