We are looking for training for our technical staff to keep them updated on the latest technologies and market trends. These individuals provide support and services to our clients on a technical basis. We would like to know how many hours of training per month are adequate to keep them in line with current developments. The training can be product-based or technology-based as well.

It's good that you are trying to invest in your people for better productivity. Initially, you can think of having one day (maybe one of your lean days, either Saturday or Monday) for training. To begin with, I would suggest training in Advanced Excel, which is useful for all levels of people. Feel free to contact me in case you are looking for more assistance on the same.
