Hello Divya,
Here you go.
1. Interaction with the audience (Magic of Interview)
2. Ask questions that require more of an answer than "yes" or "no."
3. Don't let periods of silence fluster you.
4. Start with questions that are not controversial
5. Choose A Good Location.
6. Dress Comfortably.
7. Bring Bottled Water
8. Don’t Be Late.
9. Prepare Your Question In Advance.
10. Ask one question at a time.
11. Ask brief questions.
12. Do not challenge accounts you think might be inaccurate.
13. Try to avoid "off the record" information
14. Don't switch the recorder off and on
15. End the interview at a reasonable time.
Last But Not Least
16. Don't use the interview to show off your knowledge, vocabulary, charm, or other abilities. Good interviewers do not shine; only their interviews do.
Please feel free to address me if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Raz

Hey Raz,

I am really thankful to you. I want to organize a Career Orientation in IT colleges. The purpose is just to promote the company and hunt talents. If possible, could you suggest me a sample of a proposal letter to colleges?

Thanks,
Divya
