Currently, I am working as a Location Coordinator with an MNC that specializes in Biotechnology. However, I am interested in finding a job in HR assistance or coordination. I have completed my MBA in HRM and have 16 months of experience in US Staffing as a technical recruiter. I am looking to transition to the core HR side. Can anyone suggest how I can secure a job in the core HR field and what skills I need to acquire?
When I upload my profile to job portals, I receive calls only for US Staffing and domestic recruiting roles. I am interested in roles related to HR Administration or payroll. Please provide me with some guidance.

Then you look for certifications in talent management, payroll, and statutory compliances, etc. I am not aware of whether the universities (Pune or Bombay) are conducting such courses. You can try reputed training institutes in Pune or Mumbai.
So as far as labor management is concerned, Bombay University, I understand, is conducting some diploma courses in some law colleges, and there is Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies in Mumbai, also offering training in labor management issues. You can try IGNOU.
