Hello Seniors,
I have one year of experience in recruitment. I have received an interview call letter from one of the PSUs for the position of MT-HR. They didn't conduct any written test previously. Now, I'm nervous because there are only 2-3 seats available, and I'm unaware of their recruitment process, clear job description, and the questions they might ask. Can anybody help me or explain things to me in the government sector? I don't want to miss this golden chance.

Hi Atul,
I will definitely call there, and I hope I will get some information related to the job description. However, my major concern is about the interview questions. Do you have any idea about the questions that a PSU HR department could ask?
Thanks again.

Hello everyone,
I joined a company two weeks ago. Since starting, I have observed that the HR department lacks efficiency, and things are not organized. Can you suggest ways to improve the situation and streamline HR functions from the basics?
Thank you.

Hi Ankita,
As I never applied or read any interview questions, so I'll not misguide you. But go through the official site of MT and read up on the current and detailed information about it. Also, prepare your HR part, such as the differences between a few basic terms of HR, acts related to this field, and search on Google about common HR questions asked in the government sector. You will find a few links there, and I have read all; they are helpful for you. Best of luck for the opportunity.
Thanks,
