Hi all,

This is my first time in a Training role in my organization. I am responsible for enrolling our employees in different courses to improve their skills and develop them for their current job. If anyone has a training plan or a process format from which I can start, please let me know. This is urgent.

Thanks

Dear Nawal,

First of all, the trainer needs to have a budget and draft a training calendar for your staff, including all departments, which should encompass Induction and Introduction.

Secondly, TNI (Training Needs Identification) - determine the kind of training required for various departments and schedule it in your calendar for each department.

Thirdly, Training Delivery - both floor and classroom training.

After the training, gather feedback and conduct TNAs (Training Needs Assessments).

Following the assessments, rank/grade the candidates. Assessments should occur regularly throughout the year, quarterly. Results and promotions resulting from these assessments should be incorporated into the salary period as it motivates the staff.

Training is an ongoing process.

Thank you.

Yes true, it is important to know the requirement, the budget available and the number of days set aside to train.
