Hi,
I don't mean to offend, but why would you need a PowerPoint (PPT) for something as basic as this? Why are you not able to speak to the people or persons directly or through their managers? I agree that this needs to be handled a little delicately, but why a PPT is required is beyond me.

Hi Ryan,
I appreciate your views. Here in the manufacturing company where I am working, there are more than 2500 workers, and they have just started a Training & Development Department for workers' training. Now, if I have some basics and even unique ideas for the same, only then can I do justice to them. So, through this kind of PowerPoint presentation or any material, I can collect views/ideas from different sources. That's what I need. I hope someone has it.
